A Bit About Me
I'm Dr Meg Steele, and I founded Creative School Support because I’ve lived both the joy and exhaustion of working in schools. I'm a VIT registered teacher and a registered music therapist (RMT).
I bring research, lived experience, and professional background across the education sector — but more than that, I bring deep respect for the work you do every day. My job is to make yours just a little easier, enjoyable, connected, and sustainable.
Connect and Reflect
Supervision for Music Therapists in Education
Working as a music therapist in the education system is both rewarding and complex — and you don’t have to navigate it alone. In 2026, join a supportive supervision program designed specifically for RMTs in schools. Across the year, you'll take part in four individual ansupervision sessions (one per term), connect with peers in four 90-minute group sessions, and gain fresh songs and activity ideas. You’ll also receive a certificate recognising 16 CPD points. This is a space to reflect, share, and strengthen your practice alongside others who truly understand the work you do. Rethinking Regulation, Reclaiming Expression Professional Learning Workshop, Term 1 2026, Melb
This workshop invites music therapists to critically reflect on the dominance of regulation frameworks in education settings.
